Condition of Special Permit
Dear Attorney Hellman:
I am writing on behalf of the Board of Trustees of the White Pines Condominium Trust, the unit owner association of White Pines at Stockbridge Condominium to confirm that the association fully supports the Special Permit Application of Front Yard LLC to establish a resort at Elm Court with the addition of a 96 room hotel and a spa facility attached to the main house, all as set forth in the Special Permit Application filed with the Town Clerk on May 22, 2014. This letter also confirms your agreement on behalf of Front Yard LLC that the Special Permit will include a condition that Elm Court have no outdoor music or other noise-generating guest entertainment after 10:00 p.m., specifically including fireworks. This will be a condition to be included in the Special Permit under Section 6.3.7 of the Town of Stockbridge Zoning By-Law and shall become a part of the Building Permit.
Thank you for your agreement to include this condition for the protection of the residents at White Pines at Stockbridge.
